  • 14 townhouses developed by Ryan with a partner as a ground up development

  • Increased property value from $327K to $1.3 million

  • Keith was the manager of the process, as well as the acting General Contractor for the build

  • Completed in 2022, the two backyard townhouses cost around $340K to build, the bank recently appraised them for $695K
